We collect and use the following information to help you manage your financial accounts better. Our Services may require installation of our software on your server. Once our software ("TimePay”) is installed on your server, it enables us to access your financial data and related information and transfers it to our storage system on the cloud. We then help you in management of various aspects of your financial accounting online and access your financial data on a regular basis for syncing with the copy on our storage system.
Here are some examples of the types of information our systems may collect and how we may use it.

When you register, or interact with TimePay, we may collect a variety of personal information including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, your address, shipping/billing address and/or your credit card number etc. to help us interact with you for sales, service, support, registration and payment.
We may collect and store your financial information such as accounting transactions, sales or purchase or payments information and other confidential data such as your customer's contact information, email, phone, SMS and exchanges by any other means, on your behalf as part of the Services provided to you.

We collect user feedback, community discussions, chats and other interactions at our sites.

Our Services are designed to provide you with Web based & Web Connected Financial Services. You can access some of our Services from our website and/or mobile apps. We protect and use your information in a responsible way as follows:
We do NOT sell or rent and we will NEVER sell or rent your personally identifiable financial or confidential information with anyone for promotional or marketing or any other purpose.

We use reliable and trusted third party technology and service providers (such as but not limited to Google Cloud, Mailgun, AWS, Google Analytics, Msg91) for storing / processing your data and transactions, thereby rendering various parts of the Services.
We use your information to provide you with various data views and analysis and to render the Services you request, to tell you about other products and services, and to give you a customized interactive experience as you use our products and services.
We may use your information for support, to develop new features, and to improve the overall quality of our products and services.
We may anonymize and/or summarize your information, in a way that does not identify you personally, and combine it with other information to understand how our products are used and to better deliver Services. We may also use such anonymized / summarized information to develop and market new products and services to customers.

In case, we detect, suspect or observe any misuse or gross deviation from normal usage of our systems, we reserve the right to deactivate the accounts of any or all such user(s), at our discretion without notice to such user(s).
We may need to modify this Policy to address new issues or changes to our policies. We will post changes here, so you should check this page regularly. If we make significant changes to this Policy, we may notify you in other ways (for instance, by email or with a banner on the site) prior to the change becoming effective. Any significant changes we make will take effect 30 days after the update date noted above. Your continued use of the Services after the new effective date will constitute your acceptance of the changed Policy.
